Position Overview:
We’re seeking a compassionate, part-time Mental Health Therapist to join our team in supporting clients through individual therapy. This flexible role allows you to make a meaningful impact on clients' emotional well-being and personal growth.
Responsibilities:

Conduct individual therapy sessions and create personalized treatment plans.

Use evidence-based methods (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, etc.).

Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Provide a safe, supportive environment for clients.

Stay current with best practices and participate in supervision.

Adhere to ethical standards and confidentiality laws.
Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate in a mental health field; active licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).

Experience in individual therapy across various mental health concerns.

Skilled in multiple therapeutic approaches.

Strong communication, organization, and professionalism.

Availability for evening/weekend sessions; teletherapy experience a plus.
