Hi, I'm Kelsey! I've spent four years in the Mental Health Admin world, doing tasks ranging from social media to answering phones to insurance billing and credentialing. My friends will tell you my love language is spreadsheets, and I'd agree. Aside from the administrative side, I am also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) and specialize in helping folx with chronic pain and chronic illness(es) cope with the everyday stressors that comes with that.​​When I'm not working, I am an avid Dungeons and Dragons player, cozy video-gamer, fantasy reader, and wrangler of my two bunnies and one wild dog.​
