  • Practice asking for help and respecting how others regulate Reflect, review, and use R.E.S.T. skills beyond the fort

SIMPLE, USEFUL OUTCOMES

Before and after: Can participants name feelings, needs, and regulation options? During and between sessions: Can they use a strategy, ask for support, and share the language?
